IOH JUICE PROGRAMS PURCHASED POLICIES
At Inductor of Healing, each juice cleanse is prepared fresh to order to ensure maximum nutrient quality and taste. Please review the following policies before completing your purchase:
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All juice cleanse orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for fulfillment. Orders are prepared based on your selected cleanse start date. Once production begins, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.
2. Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of order to secure your cleanse. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery. Payment confirms your acknowledgment of this purchase policy.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all juice cleanse sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be issued once your order has entered production or been delivered.
4. Pickup & Storage
Clients are responsible for picking up juices during designated business hours. If you cannot pick up your order, please contact us within 12 hours to make alternate arrangements.
Refrigerate juices immediately upon receipt and consume them within 72 hours for best results.
5. Refill & Sustainability Program
Clients are encouraged to bring clean IOH bottles for refill to support our zero-waste initiative. A $2 credit will be applied per bottle returned in good condition.
